Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a finished checkbox.
What we've done
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
- Everything works with a keyboard, including the menu, pop-ups and group details, with a visible focus outline. A "Skip to content" link is the first thing you reach.
- Photos that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons are designed to meet contrast guidelines. Pages can be zoomed to 200% and reflow on small screens.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations are turned off and the background video stays paused. Anyone can pause the video with its pause button.
- Buttons and links are sized for easy tapping on phones.
Known limitations
- Forms and online giving are provided by Breeze, an outside service. We don't control their design, so some may be harder to use with assistive technology.
- Sermon videos are hosted on YouTube. Captions depend on what's available on YouTube for each video.
- PDF documents, like the weekly guide and group leader guides, may not be fully accessible.
If anything on this site is hard for you to use, we're glad to help another way, such as filling out a form with you by phone or sending a document in a different format.

How we checked
This statement is based on a review of the website by its developers in September 2026, using automated testing (axe-core), keyboard testing, and a review of what each page gives to screen readers. It has not been tested by an outside auditor or with every assistive technology.
