What if we all rallied together to cover the remainder of GCC’s 2023 needs for ministry? 

If you’ve been tracking our current giving, we’re roughly $64K behind budget to date. This isn’t alarming considering the current climate of our nation and it’s happening across the board with churches and nonprofits trying to make a difference. But it’s impactful to everyday ministry. We’ve made efforts to reduce spending in some areas to counter this, but we also know that without additional help we can’t do what we imagined we’d do this year. Our leadership prayerfully prepared for this step at the beginning of the year knowing that this was God’s plan for us in 2023. We had no doubt in God’s invitation to us then, and we don’t doubt that same invitation now! Our leadership knew we’d likely need to pull from reserves to add two full time roles to support family ministry. Our staff and leadership have been mindful and ridiculously conservative as stewards of God’s resources. This is a beautiful church family at every level. 

God always provides and we’ve witnessed that all year. When we ask (and pray), God shows up (and even shows off). Not only have we seen tremendous growth in our kids and students ministries…we’ve seen how this step of faith has made Jesus known beyond any perceived return in investment. It’s never been about money for us…it’s ALWAYS about the heart. Hearts are being changed…and God uses the finite to change lives infinitely. 

With that being said, we’ve never missed reaching our budgeted goal and we believe that God will close this gap this year with you. Can you help us finish STRONG this upcoming Giving Tuesday, November 28th? 

We’re hoping to raise a minimum of $65K to cover the current deficit and even close up the books for the rest of the year! Every single gift matters! That’s how we fund local missions, student camps, and provide for those less fortunate. We’re humbly asking for your support…and BIG prayers. Our lofty goal for the day is $100K. We wholeheartedly believe we can get there and celebrate all God has done and is doing through Grace City! We did this in 2020 when God invited us to move to Sorrento…and we can do this again, because God never fails. #GraceLivesHere
